Casual and takeaway food outlets include a bakery, fish and chips shop, ice cream parlour, grocery store, deli and coffee shops.
Family-friendly restaurants on the island include Manta Ray Café, offering wood fired pizzas and casual dining, Coca Chu (modern South East Asian), Wild Life Hamilton Island Café, and Sails Restaurant.
Other excellent dining options include Romano's Restaurant, offering modern Australian-Italian, Mariners Restaurant for seafood, and the Marina Tavern for casual dining, all located on the Marina side of the island.
Formal and fine dining experiences include The Bommie Restaurant at Hamilton Island Yacht Club. Reservations are required.
A free island shuttle bus operates to and from restaurants and takeaway outlets.
For your convenience, Hamilton Island has a full size IGA Supermarket located at Front Street in the Marina Village. The supermarket is open daily from 8am to 7:30pm and can be accessed by either a short walk from WAHI or via the complimentary island shuttle. Please note the IGA Supermarket is a plastic bag free store. Guests need to bring their own bag or you can purchase cloth bags for 99 cents each.
