With a smorgasboard of beautiful picnic spots on offer, you can’t go to Hamilton Island without packing up a basket of goodies and enjoying the view from your favourite lookout.

Fish and Chips
For a low-effort, high-satisfaction picnic, pick up some takeaway Fish and Chips from Popeye’s Takeaway and settle in at one of the tables on the Marina to watch the boats come in for the day.
You could even take your dinner up to One Tree Hill and enjoy as you watch the sunset and sip on a cocktail from the hill-side bar.
Sandwiches
The Marina Deli offers a range of sandwiches, wraps, focaccias and paninis that you can take away and add to your picnic basket. Alternatively, use ingredients from your Coles Online order to create your own gourmet sandwiches in your WAHI kitchen.
Baked goods
No picnic is complete without some tasty items from a bakery. The Hamilton Island Bakery is a favourite and offers a variety of yummy options from custard tarts to pies, pasties and hand made rolls.
Wine
Pick up a bottle of red, white or sparkling from reception at WAHI.
Dessert
For a savoury finish to your feast, pick up some cheese and crackers from the General Store. If your teeth are more of the sweet variety, they also have a range of chocolate and lollies.
