2015 is coming to a close. They say the way you spend New Year’s Eve is a sign of what’s to come for the rest of the year, so if you’re on Hamilton Island we’re confident 2016 is going to be a great one.
There’s plenty of fun for the whole family on Hamilton Island. Start planning your special night with a few ideas from us.
For the kids
You don’t have to stray far from WAHI for a night of entertainment and activities. Catseye Beach is the place to be, with fireworks scheduled for 8pm. Alternatively, you can catch the fireworks from your WAHI balcony.
For the adults
Enjoy the final sunset of 2015 on One Tree Hill, then head back to WAHI for the Catseye Beach fireworks at 8pm.
Then, head to Front Street at the Marina as DJ Sammut takes to the decks at 9pm. The Marina Tavern will have live entertainment from 10pm until the fireworks at midnight.
If you’d like to dine out for New Years Eve, make a reservation as soon as possible at one of the excellent restaurants on the island.
