Hamilton Island’s first full sized supermarket is now open.
The new IGA Supermarket opened on Tuesday 1st August 2017 and is an exciting addition to the island.
Now with a supermarket within easy reach, making use of WAHI’s fully equipped kitchens is even easier than ever.
With a full range of products available, including gluten free and health food, simply visit the IGA when you arrive and enjoy the convenience of being able to cook your own meals whenever you wish.
Pick up fresh fruit for breakfast, stock up on snacks or treat your family to a gourmet feast.
You’ll find the IGA on Front Street, a short walk from WAHI or an even shorter trip on the complimentary island shuttle.
It’s open from 8am to 7.30pm every day.
WAHI Tip: The supermarket is a plastic bag free store so we recommend you bring your own carry bags, or alternatively you can purchase a cloth bag for 99 cents.
