Are the Whitsunday Apartments Serviced?
All Apartments have rubbish removed daily and bed linen changed every 4th day of your stay.
What are the accepted payment options?
American Express, Debit Cards, Mastercard, Visa, Cash
When is check in time and check out time?
Check in time is 2:00pm. It may be possible to arrange an earlier check-in time at the Whitsunday Apartments Hamilton Island if you phone in advance – additional fees will apply.
Check out time 10:00am. Should you require a later check-out time, please advise at the time of booking – additional fees may apply.
What is the maximum guests that can be accommodated in an apartment?
All apartments can sleep up to a maximum of 5 guests. Accommodation rates are based on 2 people, with additional adults at a fee of $55 per night and children under the age of 12 staying free.
Can I pay with credit card?
Your credit card details will be required to secure your reservation. A one nights accommodation cost is required as a deposit and will be processed through to the credit card provided.
Please be advised that in the case of Special promotional rates and packages, full payment may be required as per the stated terms and commissions attached to the promotion.

When I arrive to Hamilton Island, how do I get to the Whitsunday Apartments?
Arrival and Departure shuttle bus transfers are included in your accommodation. When you arrive at the airport, you will be directed towards luggage claim and whilst waiting for your luggage, Island Concierge will advise you of the bus that will transfer you to the Whitsunday Apartments. If you arrive by ferry into Hamilton Island Marina, look for the white shuttle bus waiting at the top of the jetty to take passengers to their nominated accommodation.
Do the Whitsunday Apartments provide pool towels?
Yes. Please see reception for pool towels – a deposit of $20 per towel will be charged to your room, this charge will be taken off your account once the towels are returned.
What cooking facilities are there in the apartments?
You have a fully equipped kitchen with the following: full size fridge with freezer, oven, stove top, grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Are there grocery stores or supermarkets on the island?
A limited selection of snacks, ice-creams, water and alcohol are conveniently available from our Reception from 7am to 7pm. For all your grocery needs there is a full-sized IGA supermarket a short 5 min transfer from the Whitsunday Apartments. There are also a variety of restaurants, cafes and takeaway dining options throughout the island, all within easy reach of the Whitsunday Apartments. Advanced bookings for all restaurants are highly recommended.
What amenities are provided in the rooms?
Guests will receive the following in their rooms on arrival: small long life milk, selection of bathroom amenities, sachets of tea, instant coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and dishwashing liquid.
Are golf buggies available to hire on Hamilton Island?
Yes. Buggies are available to hire from buggy rentals, located a few hundred meters down the road from the Whitsunday Apartments. If you wish to reserve a buggy, please request your buggy at https://www.hamiltonisland.com.au/reserve-your-buggy.
