Cancellation Policy
LOW SEASON (7 January to 22 December):
A cancellation fee equal to One Nights Accommodation cost applies if booking cancelled within 8-14 days of check in/arrival. Full Cancellation Fees apply if booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival OR in the event of a NO Show.
HIGH SEASON (23 December to 6 January):
A cancellation fee equal to One Nights Accommodation cost applies if booking cancelled within 15-28 days of check in/arrival. Full cancellation fees apply if booking cancelled within 14 days of arrival OR in the event of a No Show.
MID STAY CHECK OUTS:
No refund if guest checks out mid stay. Please note payment of your reservation must be made before your arrival. The credit card you have authorized for payment of the initial deposit will automatically be debited, 72 hours prior to arrival, unless we are contacted before this time with alternative arrangements. If we do not hear from you prior to this time, we will take it that you have authorized us to deduct final payment from this card. Please note that the above cancellation conditions may alter depending on the deal purchased, this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the rate. Deposit Policy
One night's deposit is required at the time of booking. No Credit card surcharge applies to Visa, MasterCard and American Express when you book directly with the resort.
